What TakeBackAI does

TakeBackAI is an AI assistant that contacts companies for you about a problem you describe: an overcharge, a refund, a cancellation. It writes emails and letters, makes calls, uses company websites and prepares complaints. It always says it's an AI assistant acting for you.

Your permission

We only contact a company after you sign a permission for that one case. You can withdraw it at any time on the case page, and the agent stops. You approve every email and letter before it goes out, and you decide on every offer. We never accept anything, agree to new charges or share your PIN without your yes.

Price and refunds

Each case costs a flat $9.99, paid before the agent contacts anyone. If we can't fix it, you get it back automatically. If you change your mind before we contacted anyone, you can refund it yourself. We take no share of what you recover.

Your part

Tell us the truth. Don't use TakeBackAI to make false claims, to harass a company or its staff, or to dispute charges you owe. We may refuse or close a case, and suspend an account, if we see that. Regulator complaints are filed by you, in your name.

No guarantee, no legal advice

We can't promise a company will agree. TakeBackAI isn't a law firm and doesn't give legal advice; the consumer rules we mention are general information. For court or a legal dispute, talk to a lawyer.

Ending your account

You can download your data or delete your account at any time in Account, Your data. Deleting stops any open case and removes your cases and files; we keep payment records as the law requires.
